# Working with sessions

A conversation, a project, and a clear next step.

## Choose Regular or Plan

Regular mode makes the requested change. Plan mode analyzes the problem and prepares work to review.

## Write a useful prompt

Describe the outcome and any constraints. Use Aa to reveal Markdown controls; Ctrl+B and Ctrl+I work when the toolbar is closed.

## Check the result

Expand activity rows, inspect Changes, or open Preview beside the conversation.

## Continue the conversation

Follow up in the same session. Terminal is an optional advanced tool under the session menu.

Provider usage and preview capacity are separate from session capacity.
