For web agencies
Monthly care reports for your client sites
Rondar keeps the sites of your clients up to date with coding agents. Each month, it makes a report for each site that you can send to the client.
Who it is for
This is for agencies and freelancers who keep many client sites and sell a care plan for them.
A care plan is work that the client does not see. The report shows the client what was done on the site in the month.
What the report shows
- The checks that ran on the project in the month.
- What Sentinel found, and the status of each suggestion.
- The pull requests that were merged, with one line for each.
- The repairs of failed checks and the runs of the project setup.
- The newest Secret shopper result for the live site.
The report has the name and the logo of your agency at the top. Its footer says that it was maintained with Rondar.
When a source recorded nothing in the month, the report says "Nothing recorded this month". It does not show a number that the project did not record.
How Rondar makes it
- Sentinel scans each project on a schedule and suggests work.
- You approve a suggestion, and a coding agent does the work in a session.
- You review the pull request of the session and merge it.
- Secret shopper tries a journey on the live site each day, as a new customer.
- At the end of the month, you make the report in the settings of the project. You copy its link and send it to the client.
The report is a copy of the month that Rondar makes when you ask for it. The link is unlisted, and you can turn it off at any time. The client does not need an account.
The sample
The sample shows a report of Bakery Demo, the demo project of Rondar. When the demo project has no report, the sample uses example data, and the page says so.
What it does not do
- It does not send invoices.
- It does not give your clients an account or a login.
- It does not use your own domain for the link.
- It does not monitor uptime.
