Todos and saved workflows

Keep the next small tasks in one list, and save the tasks that you repeat.

Updated October 13, 2026

1

Capture a todo

A todo is a short note for later: a bug, a feature request or another task. Open Todos and select Add todo. Give the project, the type, a title and a description. You can add the address of a page and up to 4 images.

A todo does not start work. It waits until you decide.

2

Turn a todo into a session

Select Implement on a todo. Rondar shows the prompt that it made from the todo. Read it, change it if necessary, and select Create and start session.

The todo keeps a link to its session, so you can go from one to the other.

3

Run many todos

When you have many todos, you do not need to start each one by hand. You can run all open todos of one project, or only the todos that you select. Rondar makes one session for each todo.

Todo automation starts the queued sessions when a session slot is free. You set how many sessions run at the same time, and you can pause and resume it. Todo automation needs a plan that includes it. An account without it sees View plans.

4

Save a workflow

A workflow is a task that you do again and again, for example "update the dependencies" or "remove dead code". Open Workflows and select Save a workflow. Give these fields:

  • Name: a short name.
  • Expected outcome: the result that you want.
  • Scope and exclusions: what the agent can change and what it must not touch.
  • Checks and acceptance criteria: how to know that the result is correct.

Saving a workflow does not start a session.

5

Use a workflow

Select Choose project and review draft on a workflow. Rondar opens a new session for the project that you choose, with the text of the workflow as its draft. Read the draft, adjust the scope for this project, and start the session.
