Get client feedback without a call

Open the session that builds the change. Open Preview and wait until the app runs. The guest sees the same running app.

In the preview, select Share with client. Select Review link. Choose when the link expires: after 1, 7 or 30 days. Type the name of the client in Who is it for?. The name shows on the review page and on the notes.

Select Create link, then select Copy. Send the link to your client yourself, for example by email or chat. Rondar does not send it.

The client opens the link on a phone or a computer. The client does not need a Rondar account. The page shows the running app and the review controls.

1. The client selects Start review.
2. The client draws on the app, speaks and takes screenshots. On a computer, the browser asks to share the tab for the screenshots.
3. The client can also write a note in the field.
4. The client selects Send.

The page then tells the client that the notes went to you, and that you read them first.

A link takes a set number of reviews. After that, its page says that the link is used. Make a new link for the next review.

The notes and the screenshots come to the session as a draft: Guest review from and the name of the client. Rondar sends you a notification.

The agent gets nothing yet. Read the notes. Select Put in the prompt to put the notes and the screenshots in the prompt. Change the text if necessary, then send the message. Select Discard to remove the draft.

The review page tells the client what it records:

• The drawings, the screenshots of the app and the voice of the client while the review runs.
• The voice goes to the speech to text provider of the person who runs the session, with that person's API key. Rondar does not keep the recording.
• Only the people who work on the session see the notes.
• Nothing goes to an AI agent before you send it.

When you do not set up speech to text, the link records no voice. The client then draws and writes the notes. Set up speech to text in Settings, Speech to text.

Open Share with client in the preview. The list shows each link with the number of reviews that it took. Select Turn off to stop a link at once.
